The Town Clerk / Town Administrator provides the citizens of Sharpsburg, Town Council and staff, with access to public records. The Town Clerk provides timely and accurate financial information, and quality service to the Town Council through recording and distributing the minutes of Town Council work sessions and meetings. The Town Clerk also oversees the functions of accounting services, customer service, accounts payable/receivable and payroll. The most important function is to promote openness in government by serving the people's needs promptly, efficiently and cheerfully.
